Current payment problems

We’re sorry to say that we’re experiencing difficulties with the payments made with Sofortüberweisung, Ideal, Giropay and EPS. The order won’t go through, but the amount is nevertheless debited. Albeit being the problem beyond our control, as it’s due to an error with our external payment service provider, we are of course working at full speed to solve this issue.  

 In the meantime, we recommend that you seek another payment methods (Paypal or credit card payment or bank transfer ) to avoid further problems.  

 Orders that have been debited will be automatically refunded by the payment service provider within a few working days; it is not necessary for you to contact our partner & customer service in this regard.  

 To check if an order has gone through, you can take a look at your RINGANA account at ringana.com under My Orders. We strongly advise you not to place orders without checking the payment, as this may result in multiple debits in the customer’s account.
