The Fast Track is a special bonus programme for all new RINGANA Partners with an invoicing address in Italy or Mexico who chose the Starterset Business Booster. The bonus supports those who work continuously on building their business right from the start, and it is paid out in the shape of a fixed monthly sum which RINGANA Partners will receive in addition to their regular commission.
Existing RINGANA Partners, who already have the chance to use the me bonus cannot also avail of the Fast Track Bonus. All new RINGANA Partners in Italy and Mexico are automatically enrolled in the Fast Track Bonus programme from 01.03.2024, provided that they chose the Starterset Business Booster, and they cannot additionally activate the me bonus. From 01.03.2024 the Fast Track Bonus will therefore replace the me bonus in Italy, and will be launched as a new tool in Mexico.
Example for Partners who registered in Italy before 01.03.2024:
A Partner registered in Italy on 21.02.2024 via the Starterset Business Booster, giving them the opportunity to active the me bonus during their first three statement months (March, April, May). The Fast Track Bonus is not available to them in this case.
To qualify for the bonus, a RINGANA Partner must meet at least the following criteria with regard to their Target Level and the number of their personal active Partners in the first 8 months of registration as a Partner:
If the RINGANA Partner manages to meet the minimum requirements for a month, they will receive the Fast Track Bonus as a top-up to their regular commission. The bonus is calculated as follows:
If a RINGANA Partner already reaches a higher Target Level and acquires a higher number of active Partners than foreseen for the respective current statement month, a higher bonus as per the table above will be paid. However, to achieve that, both criteria must always be met. If in any one month of the first four statement months, a RINGANA Partner fails to fulfil both of the minimum criteria, they will be eliminated from the Fast Track programme.
From the 5th statement month, each RINGANA Partner will be given two Jokers. If they then cannot meet the minimum Target Level and/or minimum number of active Partners in a particular month, they will automatically receive a Joker for that month. In this case, NO bonus will be paid but they will be able to continue in the following statement month and try to meet the minimum criteria that they missed in the previous month.
In other words, Partners will remain in the Fast Track programme until
1: They fail to meet the criteria in any given month during their first four statement months
2: They fail to meet the criteria for the respective month more than twice during statement months five to eight
3: The Fast Track Bonus ends automatically after the eighth statement month.
Calculation of the Fast Track Bonus
Example 1:
In the first statement month the RINGANA Partner qualifies for the Fast Track Bonus by reaching Target Level 1, and receives a voucher for € 50. In the second month of Partnership, they successfully develop their business and are able to reach Target Level 3 and have 2 direct, active RINGANA Partners on their team. With these fantastic results, they exceed the minimum requirements for both criteria during their second statement month, and will therefore already receive a cash bonus of € 200 in addition to their regular commission. In the third month, the Partner is able to maintain this level consistently, and will therefore once again receive a Fast Track Bonus of € 200. In the following month, the Partner reaches a higher Target Level but unfortunately fails to acquire any more active Partners for their team. With Target Level 4 and 2 personal active Partners, they will have failed to meet the minimum requirements for Month 4, and will therefore be eliminated from the Fast Track programme.
Example 2:
The RINGANA Partner consistently develops their business over the first four months, and also manages to reach the required Target Level and the minimum number of Partners in Month 4. They therefore receive a Fast Track Bonus of € 1,600. In Month 5, they move up a Target Level but cannot meet the required number of personal, active Partners. Therefore, they will automatically draw a Joker for this month. This means that the RINGANA Partner remains in the Fast Track programme but will not receive a bonus for that month. In the 6th statement month, they manage to meet the criteria that they missed in the previous month, and receive a bonus of € 2,000. In the following month, the Partner cannot reach the next Target Level, and therefore fails to meet the minimum criteria for their 7th statement month. Once again, they draw a joker, and no bonus is paid. In the 8th and final month of the Fast Track Bonus programme, the RINGANA Partner once again fails to meet the minimum criteria with regard to Target Level and number of personal, active Partners, and will therefore leave the Fast Track programme without a bonus.
