How can I redeem my first-time order discount?

Owing to a change in the process, the first-time order discount will no longer be automatically deducted. The way it now works is that you will find a voucher code in the product description of the selected first-time order products. Copy the voucher code in the product text, and paste it into your shopping basket. Confirm by clicking on “Redeem”, and benefit from this special price with your first order. If the first-time order price has already been used before the process changed, it cannot be used again. The voucher for a reduced price on a first-time order can be combined with any other voucher code (e.g. Birthday voucher, Diligent Readers’ voucher, etc.).
