Today we have an update regarding our facility in Bolzano:
When we opened the Hub in Bolzano, RINGANA still had only a single production and dispatch facility. Since starting to operate the gigantic Master Hub in St. Johann/Austria at the beginning of 2022, it has been possible to package and ship large volumes of parcels every day.
An efficiency and quality analysis has shown that the volume of orders in Italy can be perfectly covered by the Master Hub in St. Johann/Austria. Austria and Italy are close enough to ensure that we can guarantee the same delivery times as to date. It has therefore been decided that the Hub in Bolzano will close at the end of April 2024.
RINGANA’s other Hubs are strategically important logistics points that allow us to quickly meet the volume of orders in these regions, and they will continue operating. The same applies to our Partner & Customer Service in Gran Canaria and there will be no changes there either.
