We are constantly striving to improve our quality, efficiency and sustainability. A comprehensive analysis has shown that we can better cover the shipment of our products to Germany via the master hub in St. Johann in the future.
Therefore, it was decided to close the operational unit of the hub near Munich. Operations at this hub will cease at the end of September; from 2 October 2023, parcels will already be sent out from the master hub in Austria.
Parcel delivery times to Germany will remain unchanged.
Returns can currently be sent to Austria.
In parallel, we are working hard on a solution to be able to accept empty bottles as part of the ReUse concept in Germany.
