In light of the continuing challenges in the global markets and rising costs in various areas, we wish to announce that we will be adjusting our prices w.e.f. 23.01.2024.
According to Statistik Austria, the rate of inflation in Austria stood at 5.6% in December. In Germany, that rate was 3.7% in December compared with the previous month. At European level too, the Harmonised Indices of Consumer Prices (HICP) stood at 4.9% in November 2023.
The average price increase for the core range in the European market amounts to 2.3%. This means that the figure remains below the current rate of inflation, so cost increases will only be passed on to our customers where absolutely necessary. We would also like to mention that no price adjustments will be made in RINGANA’s newest market, Mexico.
In connection with this subject, we would like to point out that many product groups, including FRESH packs and CAPS, remain unaffected by this increase. Indeed, products such as our popular RINGANAchi and RINGANAdea in the Drinks category will even become cheaper.
SUMMARY OF THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTS
The new prices will take effect on 23 January 2024 (12 noon) and will be shown in our price list. You’ll find the latest updated prices and exchange rates in our various languages in your Online Office on ringana.com in Downloads.
We trust you will appreciate that owing to these changes, certain printed material in our shop may be temporarily sold out.
HIGHER POINTS VALUE
As part of the price adjustments, from the February statement which will be issued at the beginning of March 2024, you will also see an increase in your points value – equal to the average price adjustment (2.23%).
In future 1 point will have a value of € 1.3 (previously € 1.272).
Italy: 1 point will be worth € 1.232 for PaP con IVA (now € 1.205)
France: 1 point has a value of € 1.198 for VDIs (previously € 1.172)
Switzerland: 1 point will be worth € 1.232 (now € 1.205)
We are also making an adjustment to the handling charge:
- Handling charge: € 8.00 (effective from 23.01.2024
The following remain unchanged:
- Small commission threshold: € 65
- Business Booster Starter Set: € 34

THE SAME POSTAL CHARGES EVERYWHERE – SO INTERNATIONAL
We are delighted that we can continue offering a standard postal charge for all countries (except Mexico). This charge is € 6.50. Individual orders worth € 80 or more will remain free of postal charges, as will group orders worth € 100 or more.
