We’re looking forward to starting off the new RINGANA year successfully with you, which is why we’ve modified the qualification criteria for RUN3 & RUN5 in the Emerging & Opening Markets.
The new qualification criteria will take effect on 01.01.2025 for all Partners, regardless of the date on which they registered. Accordingly, they will affect not only new Partners, but will apply across the board to all Partners from that time. The current criteria by which you can qualify at present will remain in place until 31.12.2024.
We are confident that adapting the criteria for the Emerging & Opening Markets will support you in reaching your goals and further boost your performance. We’ve summarised the qualification criteria for the Partner Journey 2025 in a couple of practical examples, to give you all the info at a glance.
RUN3
How do I qualify for RUN3?
The qualification criteria from 01.01.2025 depend on which RINGANA market you are located in. *
Focus Markets
You need to reach at least Target Level 2 three times in the first three statement months and also complete the two chapters “FRESH start” and “Customer Acquisition Basic #goforRUN3” at the Online Academy.
Example 1:
An individual with a billing address in France signs up as a RINGANA Partner on 02.10.2024 and reaches Target Level 2 in statement months November and December. The RINGANA Partner does not complete the “Customer Acquisition Basic #goforRUN3” chapter at the Online Academy.
Can this RINGANA Partner still qualify? Yes. In the statement month of January they must reach Target Level 2 or higher, and must have completed the “Customer Acquisition Basic #goforRUN3” chapter at the Online Academy.
Example 2:
An individual with a billing address in France registers as a RINGANA Partner on 23.11.2024 and reaches Target Level 1 in the statement month of December. This RINGANA Partner completes the “Customer Acquisition Basic #goforRUN3” chapter at the Online Academy.
Can this RINGANA Partner still qualify? No, because they did not reach Target Level 2 in the first statement month, and it is necessary to reach Target Level 2 or higher in the first three statement months to qualify.
Emerging Markets & Opening Markets
To qualify, a Partner must reach Target Level 2 or higher for the first time, and also have completed the two chapters “FRESH start” and “Customer Acquisition basic #goforRUN3” at the Online Academy.
Please note that RUN3 is conducted online in the Emerging Markets. In the Opening Markets on the other hand, RUN3 takes place live in the respective country.
Example 1:
An individual with a billing address in Portugal (Emerging Market) registers as a RINGANA Partner on 05.08.2024 and during the statement months up to and including December does not reach a higher level than Target Level 1. The RINGANA Partner does not complete the “Customer Acquisition basic #goforRUN3” chapter at the Online Academy.
Can this RINGANA Partner still qualify? Yes. They must simply reach Target Level 2 in the same statement month and also complete the “Customer Acquisition basic #goforRUN3” chapter at the Online Academy.
Example 2:
An individual with a billing address in Portugal (Emerging Market) registers as a RINGANA Partner on 12.11.2024 and reaches Target Level 2 in the statement month of December. The RINGANA Partner does not complete the “Customer Acquisition basic #goforRUN3” chapter at the Online Academy.
Can this RINGANA Partner still qualify? No, because they have already reached Target Level 2, but have not completed the “Customer Acquisition basic #goforRUN3” chapter at the Online Academy.

*France will be defined as a Focus Market from 01.01.2025 so the corresponding qualification criteria will apply to RINGANA Partners with a billing address in France. Please note that from the January 2025 statement, the new criteria will be considered retroactively. RUN5
How do I qualify for RUN5?
From 01.01.2025 the qualification criteria for RUN5 will depend on which RINGANA market you are located in.*
Focus Markets
To qualify you must have reached at least Target Level 3 three times in a row during the first 12 statement months, and you must also have acquired at least 2 direct new Partners.
Example 1:
An individual with a billing address in France registers as a RINGANA Partner on 02.03.2024. For the statement months of October and December, they reach Target Level 3. This means that they do not qualify according to the 2024 criteria.
Can this Partner still qualify? Yes. The Partner must reach Target Level 3 or higher in the statement months of January, February and March 2025, and must have acquired 2 direct new Partners in the March statement month.
Example 2:
An individual with a billing address in France registers as a RINGANA Partner on 26.01.2024. They reach Target Level 3 in their February and December statement months. This means that they do not qualify according to the 2024 criteria.
Can this RINGANA Partner still qualify? No. Qualification for this Partner is only possible up to and including the January 2025 statement. The Partner no longer has the chance of reaching Target Level 3 in three consecutive statement months.
Emerging Markets & Opening Markets
To qualify, a Partner must reach Target Level 3 twice during the first 6 statement months (does not need to be consecutive).
Example 1:
An individual with a billing address in an Emerging Market registers as a RINGANA Partner on 02.07.2024. They reach Target Level 3 in their August statement month. That means that they do not qualify according to the 2024 criteria.
Can this Partner still qualify? Yes. The Partner must reach Target Level 3 or higher in January 2025.
Example 2:
An individual with a billing address in an Emerging Market registers as a RINGANA Partner on 02.07.2024 and fails to reach Target Level 3 in any statement month, up to and including December 2024. This means that they do not qualify according to the 2024 criteria.
Can this Partner still qualify? No. Qualification is only possible up to and including the statement month of January 2025. The Partner no longer has the chance to reach Target Level 3 twice.
