Our RINGANA Partner & Customer Service remains available as usual on Austrian working days as follows:

How to use RINGANA.AI Chat:
- Reset all cookies. Click here to find out how to do that.
- Log in as a RINGANA Partner.
- The Chat icon will appear automatically. Click on it.
- You’ll then see a notification that you are chatting with RINGANA.AI. Confirm that the chat can be recorded for test purposes, and get chatting!
- At the end you will be asked if the answer you were given was helpful, or if you would like to switch to a “chat with a member of staff”.
RINGANA.AI Chat is easy to use and enables effortless communication.
