Next level Summits : this is where you’ll get the tailor-made coaching that you need to reach your next Targets. You’ll be spending the Summit with Partners who are pursuing exactly the same goal, so you can all offer each other mutual motivation and support. RINGANA provides you with professional speakers and coaches who will give you the tools you need to reach your goals.
RUN5 – Become a mentor
Become an inspiring mentor and role model for your Team Partners. You will spend an entire weekend in Vienna and Hartberg, you will get exclusive insights, and you’ll discover the new RINGANA campus. RINGANA Leaders and our Country & Area Managers know what it takes to reach the next level – Target 5 and they’ll share the necessary know-how with you.

RUN7 – Become a leader
Next level: RINGANA Leader. To reach this goal, you will get 4 days of intensive coaching in Vienna and Hartberg. There are helpful tips that you can put to use straight away from external trainers and RINGANA Leaders on the agenda – including presentation training. The weekend will be rounded off with an exclusive look behind the scenes at the RINGANA campus.

RUN10 – Become an ambassador
Get ready for Target 10 in a luxury hotel in a vibrant European metropolis with a small group of people. Let external coaches and RINGANA Inner Circle Partners prepare you for the last stage of the target plan. The Leaders of the Inner Circle have already confirmed Target 10 at least 10 times. With their years of experience as RINGANA Partners, they know exactly what it takes to reach the summit.
