Even though our colleagues from the accounting department are working hard on registering payments, all sales and target levels that were achieved until the 1st of September will be available on the 4th of September, 12.00 noon. In August we received a far above-average amount of payments without a correctly indicated invoice number. This involves considerable extra work for our colleagues from the accounting department. We kindly ask you for your patience.
In order to make life for our colleagues from the accounting department easier and to avoid longer waiting times for your sales and target levels to be registered, we ask you to consider the following:
Making bank transfers correctly
In order to avoid delays in the automatic accounting, we ask you to indicate the invoice number on every payment or bank transfer to RINGANA. Otherwise the system can not assign the payment and our colleagues need to do it manually with high processing efforts. Therefore, we reserve the right to charge a service fee for incomplete payments. Also, please check your account on outstanding amounts and payment reminders on a regular basis in order to avoid double booking.
If you wish to make different payments in one bank transfer, please combine up to 4 invoices and indicate the complete number of each of them.
