To simplify and shorten the registration time for Partners in France with regard to URSSAF, you can now upload important documents for the Partner application directly on the RINGANA Homepage. This new function is available to all RINGANA Partners with an invoicing address in France, and it is relevant for all Partners who choose the “VDI” contract.
Where can the documents be uploaded?
The upload field “Contract Documents” is in “My Data” on www.ringana.com.
What can be uploaded here?
You can upload a copy of your passport or ID card. Please ensure that the copy is clearly legible. In addition, the following must also be appended in handwriting to the copy of your passport or ID card:
- « J’atteste sur l’honneur que la copie de cette pièce d’identité est conforme à l’original »
- the given date
- your signature
Please note that the updated contract documents are now available in Downloads. The printed material in the Starter Set will be updated as soon as possible.
