Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal allows customers within the EU to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without being required to specify any reason. For customers in Mexico, the right of withdrawal is valid for 5 days. In order to declare your withdrawal, all you need to do is send an e-mail to office@ringana.com. Your decision to withdraw must be stated unequivocally.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments that we have received from you, inclusive of the delivery costs (but excluding additional costs incurred if you chose some other type of delivery to the cheaper standard delivery we offer) will be refunded to you without delay and at latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. To effect the refund we use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction unless some other arrangement has been explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We can refuse to make the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which date is earlier.
You must return or hand back the goods to us without delay and at latest within fourteen days from the day on which you notify of us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline will have been met if you dispatch the goods before fourteen days have elapsed. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. You will only be charged for any depreciation of the goods where it is established that you are responsible for this depreciation due to unnecessary handling of the goods when inspecting their condition, properties and functionality.
